Welcome to CyberHostUK, a UK-based company dedicated to providing a high quality web hosting service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our reliable high-specification servers, friendly and experienced customer support staff and our many years of experience in the web hosting industry.
We were established in 2002 and changed our name in August 2004 to CyberHostUK and have been going from strength to strength ever since. We guarantee satisfaction and continue to grow on a monthly basis because unlike many other hosts, we actually listen to our customers, keep an eye on the competition and implement solutions based upon customer requests and feedback. We can handle almost any requirement you may have and have the knowledge and experience to know what it takes to keep you happy and our servers running smoothly.

We can achieve this by only hosting customers on top of the range, fast and reliable servers. This ensures your site is always available and loads as quickly as possible. Our servers are monitored constantly and in the very rare event that a problem does arise, our server admins will be notified immediately ensuring downtime is kept to an absolute minimum!
Staff & Support
We are committed to your satisfaction and have procedures in place to ensure that you always receive a fair and timely response to your support requests. We love hearing customer feedback and are always aiming to improve on the service provided.
We employ staff in the following departments: Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Network Administrators. They are the people who setup your accounts, keep the servers running smoothly and reply to your emails/support tickets. All customers are entitled to unlimited free support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Servers & Network Monitoring
Our servers are located in a top of the range datacenter and linked to a multi-gigabit network. Our servers are monitored constantly to ensure they are kept fast and secure and in the very rare event that a problem arises, our server admins will be notified immediately, ensuring downtime is kept to an absolute minimum! In fact, during 2008 we had a total of only 6 minutes unscheduled downtime.

Backup Services
At CyberHostUK, we provide FREE automated nightly on-site and off-site backup services to all our customers. Backups are made during the night (at off-peak hours, when the server is least active) and stored on a separate server in the datacentre and at off-site locations for redundancy and your piece of mind.
